Founder Director – Bhagyachand Talluri
Bhagyachand is a management professional, passionate trainer, coach & NLP practitioner who has excellent communication skills and is totally committed to the learning and development of students and business professionals since 2010.
Bhagyachand has worked with prestigious organizations like Siemens, Intellicon, Chowgule Industries, NELCO (Tata Company). In his last assignment, he was a Business Manager at Siemens handling their indirect business. His 25 years of experience in target driven sales and Channel Development with different organizations helped him gain expertise in managing cross functional and cross-cultural teams and building strategic partnerships and distribution networks. His aggressive go-getting attitude along with sustained performance made him develop strategies to take business to the next level of market penetration and expansion
He is an Engineer by profession and a trainer by passion. He attributes his success to his ability to effectively work with people and build successful teams

Dr. Shreya Govind is management professional with over 15+ years of experience in HR & L& D. She was always inclined towards working and shaping human resource. With her experience in HR and L&D, she knows all the pain points faced by corporates, and is able to analyse, design and develop training plan according the clients expectation.
She lives her passion everyday as she trains, mentors & empowers rights & responsibilities for Women & children. She does Awareness and 360 degrees Implementation of PoSH at Work.
